Are You Licensed, Bonded, & Insured
Of Course! Our specialties don't require a specialty license, however we went ahead and secured a general business license. We do carry business insurance and a surety bond so everyone has peace of mind.
Are Materials Included In Maintenance Memberships?
YES! Our goal is to provide the necessary home maintenance included on the checklist without any additional costs to the client. If the client would like us to use a specific product, that may come at additional costs. We will communicate any additional costs to the client before work is started.
Do I Need To Be Home For Maintenance Visits?
We do require you to be home for the initial FREE consultation and account set up. We love to meet our clients in person and get any questions or concerns answered from the get-go. After the initial consultation, you are NOT required to be home for scheduled maintenance visits.
Am I Able To Schedule Additional Time To A Scheduled Maintenance Visit?
Of course! As a member you can schedule additional time to a regular maintenance visit to tackle extra tasks. This may be limited to a specific amount of time in order to serve all scheduled members on time. Communication is key in this instance as we will do whatever we can to accomodate . Members receive a preferred rate for additional services!
Do You Provide A Report After Your Visit?
Yes! We’ve invested in QRIDit software to enhance the experience for our Home Watch & Maintenance clients. This platform allows us to deliver detailed, professional service reports after each visit—giving you full transparency into the condition of your home and the work performed as well as a time stamp of our time at your home.
QRIDit also features a secure, embedded Stripe payment system, making it easy and safe to manage payments directly through your personalized client portal. It’s all part of our commitment to convenience, accountability, and peace of mind.
Will I Have Different Technicians Each Time?
No! Eagle Eye Home Watch & Maintenance LLC is owned and operated by myself;Michael. I will be your sole provider from initial consultation to all your service needs. My goal is to create a trusted relationship with my clients giving you extra peace of mind.
When Do I Need A Home Watch Service?
We recommend whenever you will be gone from your property for more than 7 consecutive days. Check with your home insurance company to see what they require for occupancy in order to cover insurance claims. At the end of the day it is completely up to you. We offer weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly visits. We also offer "While You're Home" services which includes a home watch report while your occupying your home. This option is popular with aging adults or individuals that just need a professional eye helping spot potential issues.
Couldn't My Relative Or Neighbor Just Watch My House For Me?
You could, however it's best left to professionals that are Licensed, Bonded, & Insured that have the skillset to spot issues and take appropriate action. Why burden those closest to you, just to possibly save a few dollars and in return put yourself at risk of a denied insurance claim in the event of a problem.
Does Home Watch Include Pet Sitting?
Sorry, our Home Watch Services do not include pet sitting.
What Happens If You Find An Issue During A Home Watch Visit?
If it is an emergency then we will take action to limit the damage or risk. If it is not an emergency then we will notate our findings in the QRIDit report that is sent to you. We will verify with you what your preferred plan of action is on the matter before additional steps are taken.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Take?
Clients have the option to pay through our payment processor Stripe Inc. If you prefer to pay in cash, that can be arranged as well.
